About Us
Established on 17th December 2018 in Minijenahalli, Mulabagilu Taluk, Kolar District, Arohana Grameenabhivruddhi is a registered NGO under the Karnataka Society Act. Led by an all-women Board of Directors with rich experience in rural development.
Arohana is committed to creating sustainable change at the grassroots. Our key focus areas include women empowerment, water resource conservation, rural education, and environmental sustainability.
By blending local knowledge with innovative practices, we work to build self-reliant communities where women lead, resources are preserved, and opportunities for growth are accessible to all.

14 Lakes Rejuvenated
In 2 Grampanchayat we Rejuvenated total 13 Lakes results increased water storage capacity by 22crore liters
3800+ Saplings planted
Around 2500+ saplings planted in lake area and 1300+ saplings planted in farmers land
Over 650 people benefited through sustainable livelihoods — gaining employment, enriching farmland with silt, and accessing lake water for agriculture
Over 650 people directly benefited
Rural Education Support
Supported 18 Schools in setting up Computer Labs, Installing green boards, desks, furniture and educational materials.

Digital Learning for Rural Students
Established computer labs and upgraded classrooms in rural schools to bridge the digital divide.
